"Does seem like a move to clean up the company and maximise value in some way. To what end?"
I agree 34232.The wily Albers is moving out the investments and tax free ability that most people don't bother to include in a valuation. This leaves OXX as a spec explorer with cash and exploration areas. As far is CUE is concerned,I noticed that the longstanding CEO had retired recently so Albers may think it is a good time to leave CUE although CUE seems to set for an interesting 2012. It could be Albers is getting ready to shuffle the deck and put some of his unlisted companies with interests in the NW shelf into OXX. I don't know what the ability of OXX will be to pay taxfree dividends after the current one. If this is the last one perhaps an issue of options at the end of the year to fully paid holders to encourage holders of the contribs to pay the final call. It is all very intriguing.
