re: take over bid dazzler - had it been 3 months ago I would have been extremely positive on the trading halt. Funny market now though - most halts are bad news. However, based on recent performance and what this company has stated I would be surprised if this were the case?

Just have to wait and see I guess. But for me the financial performance of this stock over the past 2 years has been great...

ie eps growth of 154%, 982%, 336% and 208% period on period (oldest to latest)

Revenues up 61%, 43%, 56% and 52%

ROA up from 1.3% to 3% (only bit I don't like - I like 15% plus)

Operating margins also showing conflicting signals - 4.7% last period but 17% for full year before? Maybe earnings are skewed to 2nd half (must be?)?

$17 million perhaps in retained profits as at last report?

Looks ok to me - but as I said a strange market at the minute.
