I have been studying South Australian Copper Occurrences and Magnetic Imaging Maps . The large copper deposits are covered by a sequence of younger rocks that hide the large copper deposits. If you connect the dots its very interesting ie : Prominent Hill , Olympic Dam , Carrapateena , then a large gap to Hillside and guess who's smack in the middle between Carrapateena and Hillside ....SER ! With help from the South Australian Government " PACE Copper " initiative ( Plan for Accelerating Exploration ) goal is to mine 1 M tpa by 2030 and FMG things finally seem to be taking shape for SER.
