What the AMA guy said was reasonable because he had probably never heard about PainChek and given all the wellness apps with no firm clinical basis on the market. PainChek Infant still has to go through validation trials (awaiting ethical sign off from the leading Melbourne paediatric hospital to start this). Like the adult dementia version, the strategy is to bring professionals onboard first such as paediatric care units, doctors, and only after that release a home carer version.
The cry analysis won't be in the first version, as this is still at the R&D stage.
