When you cut dividends to institutions they sell sell sell its just a rule they have. If there is any sign of recovery this will rocket towards $1.00 faster than you could believe. I bought quite heavily at 13 cents and have no intention of selling for at least 5 years, chances like this only come along once in a lifetime. The earnings with such low dividend will cover any shortfalls the banks will not let this fail it is not in their interest.
