    they are not against uranium mining, they are just against new ones.
    they are not against more uranium mining it just has to be an expansion of an old one.

    so they are not against it and not against more of it, they just want it to be exclusive.

    Perhaps they are BHP shareholders and believe a monopoly is a good thing.
