You are right Barney.

The only thing holding this company back is the DRP and the fact you never know when the next capital raising is around the corner.

Their management of the micro Cap sector is good.

Their capital management has improved but i am would like a statement around future capital raisings.

Have a look where this stock was before the last raise?

A statment on no more capital rasings and a cancelled drp and this stock would have to close it's disc to nta.

Some companies offer DRP but buy their own shares on market to allocate them to shareholders who elect DRP.
(If they did this the DRP would not dilute).
But CTN's funds under management would fall and thus the management fee would decline.
