I read all the good stuff about Soco. All good, but let’s not forget as VMT shareholders, we have no real stake in the Soco business. Vmoto is a landlord and a selling agent. That’s it.
An interesting and inconvenient question has just crossed my mind:
Is Soco paying for all the assemblers, the office staff and the management team that it takes to build the many thousands of their bikes?
No one will know because SS is a private company and it’s books are not in the public domain. This is one of the things I worry about when I complain of a lack of transparency.
