    Prime would still get their entitlement but only have to underwrite half of what they agreed to.

    They may like that.

    Lot of shares have changed hands ex entitlement which, if the original date for entitlement is kept, would probably see the rights issue fully subscribed.

    A win win for everyone I reckon.
