    That depends on what you are speaking up about and how much you understand the thing you are speaking up about!

    For starters:
    You clearly didn't read what RBA statement was (other than some headline) or you don't understand what they were talking about.

    In both cases, you're getting worked up about the things you don't understand or are out of your expertise to understand.
    So why get angry and speak up about it then?
    That doesn't help at all.
    It just makes things difficult for people who do understand and have expertise, to help you with your power bills...
