I'll be honest and say that I have very little idea. I think you would need to be a fly on the wall to really know how this impacts IOH... How important is Nyidinghu to FMG and their plans going fwd?
I can tell you one thing for sure - with the Fe price hovering around $140 p/t the likelihood of Iron Valley going ahead (in one form or another) is now a shed load stronger than it was a few weeks back. Even an arrangement that allows IOH to move a small volume with a JV partner offers big cash flow considering the dry outcropping DSO they have there and mining licence already granted I believe.
Additionally if (still a very big "if") FMG take up the option to mine IV, the current rising Fe price offers a salivating cash flow for IOH out of the project without lifting a finger I'll let you guys do the maths because I don't want to post stupid numbers but at current prices or higher the IV project is worth a fortune to IOH.
