I think the behaviour is driven by a majority of investors who have little understanding of the topography and geography of the area. While some field operations have been suspended due to floods, the fact is that it will drain fairly quickly. While there will be ~1 month impediment, on restart the industries will make up for this time very quickly as production and activity will operate at max capacity to catch-up.
This is a great buying opportunity not only for wds, but also many others who operate in the region.
