The Lundin rights plan is the same Poison Pill that EQN has up its sleeve if they get an unsollisitored takeover....hahaha
So maybe,1) we walk away because its going to cost too much, 2)we raise the bid to a level the Lukus Lundin can deal at or 3) we pick up some of the assets but not the whole company.
