Good question Bundaone. I don't understand the science.What I do know is that there will always be some treatment bigger and better coming to replace what's here now.For now though efti is showing good signs of efficacy, were progressing in trials and if were successful in passing the criteria in statistically significant trials then we will have our time in the sun.The treatments that follow all need to pass through the hoops that efti is passing through and as we are all acutely aware , that takes a long time.
