imaginary ggg boardroom meeting

Chair. As u all know board AZX and us are sat on shedloads of gold begging us to dust off the shovels and start digging. You also know that we,ve stumped up a not too inconsiderable amount of folding to help our fellow partners find it.Now at the time I think we,re all agreed that we assumed on the basis that if we did indeed find gold, our partners and us would be of like mind. Namely that we,d want to get it out of the ground with due urgency whilst keeping one eye on the price we can flog it for.The mistake we,ve made here is that because the logic of that thinking was so obvious to us, we assumed the same logic would be applied by AZX and therefore didnt think it pertinent to ask for an undertaking to comply.Looking at the mess we now seem to find ourselves in, it would seem that was somewhat remiss on our part.Not only does AZX want to sit on this eldorado for the foreseeable future,but they also seem to have sand in their cracks over the way we went about trying to do it ourselves.How do u mean CHAIR?? Well Iv,e just read the letter they sent to their shareholders urging them to sit on their backsides as well, and I cant believe the substance of the text has come from so called businessmen with a genuine interest other than their own salaries.That seems a tad harsh CHAIR, after all they,ve been trousering huge wads for years with very little input to show for it so who wouldnt want to keep the status quo, especially as we,ve told them that most of the board will lose their jobs.Listen son.When the best u can come up with when a company with a bit more vision and gravitas offers to take u over and make u individually rich beyond your comprehension is to tell your shareholders that those beastly people at GGG didnt ask us nicely enough,you have to question whether any acumen ever existed within these individuals,and if I ever see you or anybody else on this board allow your business heads to be swayed by such infantile emotion I will have you sacked on the spot.
