I still believe the best bet for majority of the shareholders (big, small, or retail including Noel) is a high premium T/O from oil majors.$.30 per share will do me, not going to hang for another 3 years with too many uncertainties and risks and no guarantee of success.
If we got a competent and business astute management that is a different story
