I'm puzzled with resource figures

I'm a little puzzled, when comparing 2010 Indicated & Inferred with 2018 Measured they look very similar.
Have they just upgraded the Delta to measured for the entire PIOP?
If so is that all that they have been doing for the past 8 years.
Just my uneducated observation, could someone enlighten me??
