They are not making profits. You do need to pay anyone to find that out.
They are not providing any information to the market that gives guidance towards a profit. You don't need to pay anyone to find that out either.
Revaluing assets does not indicate any long term sustainable income. Quite the opposite. It hides a lack of income. Don't need to pay anyone to find that out either.
