The vision these guys have for themselves sounds good (I support it) but execution is very far off. The word from people on the inside is that place is a madhouse. Management has hopped into new ventures left and right with aims of rapid expansion but are now finding they don't have the processes and people to effectively manage a portfolio of businesses. I will note they have gotten professional advisors in to rectify the situation, but that is a very expensive way of doing business. I will get back into BFC when word has improved.
