I can see where you're coming from. I don't entirely agree, but from a risk minimisation point of view it makes sense. I suppose that's why I have my money split between them. Both look like great buys at the moment, and you're right, SEA is probably a little safer, TXN with a little more risk for a bit more reward. Great time to be holding/buying either IMO.
