The quote "Anyone in Westside's data-room who has had any experience with gas field development will have no problem with the forward looking flow rate estimates." reminds me of the car salesman who assured me the leyland p76 he was selling me would get me to Darwin and back. I was cursing him as I was standing in 40c heat beside the broken down car 50 klms out of Tennant Creek.
Everything you have said makes sense, yet the market is still sceptical otherwise the share price would be 50c. Maybe we need Jake to take on the corporate marketing role and get him up on the stage to make presentations at investor seminars.
