They've just reiterated guidance for a 1c dividend and some growth. In a past presentation they indicated that they would pay 50% of NPAT as a dividend, so if growth continues, I'd say the dividend is due for a bump up soonish too.
At any rate, it pays 8.3% at 12c so the only thing to fear is if the companies profits start heading down.
So far, they seem to be growing.
