I get the feeling the conference call yesterday was staged. In particular nobody challenged the price issue, cap raising and funds.

What are the raised funds to be used for now?
Why couldn't they be returned to shareholders?
Why did nobody pick up on the fact that Les thinks its a premium price based on slr rather than the lower igr price?

As former ceo of a company (non mining), let me say these deals take months of negotiations and talks, and the synergies involved tend to be correlated with financials and logistics etc which take loads of documentation and time. There would have had to been board meetings over time or at least a special board meeting to ratify events. I believe this has been in the wind for some time and as suggested by many, lower IGR price was a method to make it work.

As a holder since the early 5 cent days, I have been in and out numerous time. I lost confidence in CC sometime ago when he put exploration costs over operational costs. Fortunately my holding is quite small now.

I will probably hold and accept the slr deal but look to get out around the $3.00 mark. Why? Because I put SLR in the same poor management boat now thinking that they were in on the action.

    amok
