My queries are still being looked into by KBL, I will have an answer soon...one consolation is only 2 notes of $10K (Total $20,000) is outstanding so no further major dilution..I also believe the last 160Mil shares will not be dumped...I believe the issue price should have been at least .2 cents...(Res 7 (i) of shareholder meeting of 28/7/16 says "( or if the VWAP calculation results is a Share price of less then $.006, then 80% of that amount")
