Thanks for pointing this out. Us shareholders agreed these terms. I did not foresee the impact of resolution 7 at the time, although I personally either abstained or voted against all motions.
Late June when the notice of the meeting was sent out the SP was 0.4c. From hindsight a consolidation should have been done then as both the rounding down to the nearest 0.1c and the discounting to 80% rather than 85% if the price was below 0.6c would have been less dilutive to existing shareholders. Hindsight is a good teacher.
When the real VWAP is above 0.2c, issuing shares at 0.1c should never have happened.
