Obviously they cant issue infinite shares but what would be the issue price if the VWAP was $0.001 (which is not impossible given we are at $0.002 now!) ? Under Ganesha's interpretation it would be issued at $0.0008 under your interpretation it would be $0.001 x 85% x 80% = $0.00068 then round down to the nearest 1/10 cent which is what if it is not $0.000 ?
