If the intention was to issue shares at 80% of VWAP then that's all the resolution needed to say and there would be no need for the bit in brackets which says : "(or if the VWAP calculation results in a Share price of less than $0.006, then 80% of that amount): my reading of it is straight forward, if the VWAP is less that .006 i.e. .00223 then 80% of that amount which is ~.00175 rounded down to the nearest 1/10th of a cent which gives you .001
The bit is brackets refers to "that amount" and "that amount" is the VWAP calculation.
Seems clear enough to me...not sure what's so confusing about it.
