I am fairly confident they will investigate on mine, it is a very serious complaint. But IMO the more the reports the higher the chances of it being investigated and more importantly, sooner. My complaint is extensive and I will be copying my emails to KBL once I hear from the case officer. If you would like to lodge one also, you may keep it simple AND "maybe mention "someone" has also lodged a report today :
I suggest, at tell us..events... you state:
1) At the EGM of 28/7/16, resolution # 7 approved : "(or if the VWAP calculation results in a Share price of less than $0.006, then 80% of that amount). However on 29/8/16, on conversion for the noteholder, the shares were issued at .1c (being a figure calculated at an incorrect VWAP, then incorrectly rounded down. This resulted in a discount of some 67% or more to current share price, when the approval at egm was for a 20% discount and no more.
For other details:
2) Person involved : The Secretary (as he issued the shares) Heath Roberts ([email protected])
3) for the amount involved, $160,000 (at least 80 Million extra shares issued at today's closing of .2c = $160,000). This figure is, IMO, a lot more...
