There are example calculations on page 11 of the EGM notice dated 30 June 2016 for the convertion with VWAP above and below 0.6c. From this it would appear that the rounding down is to be done in both cases. We as shareholders voted for this.
The only issue is whether the VWAP calculation is correct. It appeared to be wrong to me. Again it would be good if KBL clarified things.
