Also found this interesting reference, has transit prices for major hubs, $1.39 per Mbps for 10GigE IP Transit, Jakarta $7.43, Sydney $6.35

(DISCLAIMER: i might be missing some pieces in my understanding of all this)

It costs $6.35 to send data to anywhere on the Internet from Sydney, but only $1.29 to send data to anywhere on the Internet from Singapore.

So the simplified business model for ASC, is to accept IP Transit prices Sydney, and use it to cover the costs of getting the data to Singapore and then maying the IP Transit price from there.

The difference between Sydney and Singapore IP Transit has to cover the transport costs, so $4.96 per mbps (6.35-1.39) has to cover getting data onto ASC and over ASC.

Sparing some details of how i calculated a Target Revenue of US$32m (using 10% ROIC), we should need less than 546Gbps of the 2.5Tbps sold to be IP Transit to reach that revenue target.
Note, we also sell the Transport to other companies who do IP Transit, it might be that the overwhelming majority of capacity sold is Transport rather than Transit, i have no idea. But i am confident ASC is going to be a winner.
