    How did that one work out according to your theory?
    NBN has a ridiculous allocation of 5G spectrum and are completely uneconomic and likely to go bankrupt if they were a standalone entity, you don't think they could be convinced to part with some of that spectrum?
    4G spectrum is tight but not impossible, may even find that the combined TPG/VHA entity has to reduce the amount of 4G spectrum they hold to complete merger.......
