NBNCo provide access via satellite, maybe NBNCo could be a customer and upgrade them to wireless through a POI in Darwin.

On joining ASC and NWCS, there are some offshore rigs which could be catered for on the way, which might provide enough revenue to pay for much of it in the long term (if they get desperate enough). One of them has paid a fortune to get Telstra to build a special purpose cable back to shore. But yea, it shouldnt be a priority unless they make it so.
