Yes I had made dud investment in my life not once but a few times, not shy away from those mistakes
my fault, greed takes over, learn the lessons and move on and try to pick better stocks.
These days I make fewer mistakes due to experience and yes most of my stock dud or not I manage to trade their range and came out reasonably good, but once I realise it is a dud I usually exit and clean up at EOFY so I always end up holding the best stocks in my portfolio each year going forward.
I regularly clean out dead and dud stock because I have capital gain each year from trading so I don't care
I cult without thinking twice once I formed the view it is a dud.
