The Burkett well is a prove of concept - I think expectations are around the 100bbls/day category.
It is the next well that will be the game changer
- it will be 5000m horizontal compared to Burkett which is 2000m, as most of you will know the longer the well the more favourable the flow rates.
- the Burkett well is amongst a proven fairway with plenty of holes, pressure has been released and therefore flow rates lower. The next well will be drilled away from the action with expectations that pressure is still contained.
- not sure when the next well will be drilled - probably drill and results around year end but not sure on this.
