Take a moment to think about the late "Harris Scarfe" retail chain that was placed in 'receivership' and in 'Administration' which ultimately went into 'Liquidation' a couple of years back. Remember, "Harris Scarfe" was an iconic and a truly national brand within it's own market.

I know that "Harris Scarfe" operated in different markets and management tactics and ethics were well below parr. However, I suspect that the current management of "Millers" and the disappointing past performances is an epidemic and a cultural issue within the organisation which needs to be weeded out, and if that means an entirely new board restructure - so be it.

All I'm saying is be very careful with your investment in this company. I'm not a shareholder of the company, nor have I reviewed their financial position or perused their Financial Statements. I would urge shareholders to review Miller's gearing ratio and cashflow position and examine their Balance Sheet accordingly.

Don't think that it could not happen to you. If management are not performing which appears to be the case with MRL, then what hope have you got in making a return on your investment.

Just think about it!!
