SH were lead to believe that IGS is a mining company with significant gold assets in Brazil, this is what SH invested in.
The Brazil Gold Project has paid the Directors fees for years in this company not POT !!
Problem IGS has even acquiring this POT project is pending threatened litigation against IGS and Latin Gold and its Directors !!
