I've been watching trading activity closely and it's clear that shorters are all over this.

At 2.57pm about a half a milion shares were dumped to bring the price down to 55c momentarily leaving a large gap with buyers at 55c and sellers at 56.5c. It then recovered to 56.0 / 56.5 and then to 56.5 / 57.0 fairly quickly, where it had been for most of the day.

It seems clear to me that it's shorting activity trying to trigger stop losses. It didn't seem to work today.

I'm very suprised that we have such a high level of shorts and I am convinced that they have this wrong. If any good announcement were to come out it would trigger a short covering rally and with the relatively low liquidity of IFN (compared to the amount of shorts outstanding) this would translate to significant share price gains.

I'd recommend keeping a close eye on trading because it seems that the shorters are getting twitchy. And if there's anybody out there with good technical analysis skills I would welcome their observations very much.
