Yes and no: VanEck GDXJ is the ETF which endeavors to track the index MVGDXJ - there are a few differences i.e. GDXJ's #2 holding is GDX.
Your ETF.com link is way out of date in terms of holdings - it lists 83 holdings when in fact there are 56. NCM, NST, EVN are not in GDXJ.
