just a thought here, when and if FMS make their offer of.075 cents for 10% buyback is’t it possible for FMS shareholders to make a counter offer of say.08 cents, this outbidding there over and increasing minor shareholders percentage, I would like to hear anyone’s comments remembering that those that make the offer would only have pay actually .005 cents for their shares, if this is not ok is there something similar along the same lines that can be done
