Do you know how many people reside on these racing stables. What would Weir do with a jigger ? He is a trainer . Yes he is responsible for what is on the property as part of racing rules but when it comes to a court of law the possession will not stick .

Once the Police are involved the whole game has changed racing rules will only apply to licencing issues.

But he will cop a suspension from Racing and Training, no matter what. imo

Weir, as a Trainer has a duty of care associated with his Stables etc.
