Victoria seems to be the home of crooked racing. Are the stewards imbiciles? Eventually they catch some of the cheats but how many get away with a big bag of cash? I reckon online bookmakers/ bookmakers are a chance to be the give ups. . Makes me wonder if the jockeys had any idea what was happening ? Hit one of his horses with the whip and it gains another gear . I guess if your riding for the stable and winning plenty of races who cares. Surely an experienced jockey would suspect something. Especially if the riding instructions were don't hit the horse until the last furlong.
