I sympathise with victims not offenders . You however are of a weak character that looks for someone down and lay the slipper into them. Whether that person is a footballer , horse trainer etc. you dont really care because belittling them pumps your tyres up. You either have no idea because you have no sporting experiences or you may be a serious under achiever . 
Darren Weir may have not been able to manage his operations that had grown exponentially and obviously some staff had let him down. I know Weir had done many good things for many people which doesn`t excuse him for cheating.
