Fair point, there is always the possibility of impairment, but the price probably reflects that now at a 33% discount.
The good news is that they have a brand new plant to show for it, and no real debt after the capital raising, so in cashflow terms ( adding back a big depreciation charge) they ought to be OK.
I also think there is a reasonable possibility of someone taking them over.
