So the the first shot has been fired across the bows...a low ball offer to try and pick up a few percent of the issued shares from any holders who want to make a quick buck.Somehow I dont think that will work with AHR.As you say Todays,the 2 largets SH have first hand knowledge of what the in ground value is.Hold tight,they will know what to do...and yes it is ironic that it took an offer from the Chinese to get some attention focussed on this world class asset.
