Offer can be extended up to 12 months at GXY's discretion and since we are about to crack 50% there is an automatic extension of 2 weeks.
No one will get new shares until conditions are met and even then I think it takes up to 21 days after deal is done.
Not sure how soon we'd get our GMM shares back, I'd hope it would be immediate.
