Well Scotton is no 'party boy'. I got the impression when I met him at the AGM that he wouldn't muck around. A pretty serious character. Churchill resigned as CEO shortly afterwards, but seems to be dug in on the Board. None of the executive changes have been reflected on the company's website (CEO and COO changes). It's been a few months and no replacement announced. Are they actually looking, or has a deal been done to merge the company?
This is my worst-performing stock, but like you RubberKernal, I'm going to give tony Scotton some time to turn the business around, or get a decent sale away. With an SP of 10c, it's declined so much in value, its not worth selling. Such a shame, so much potential in this IoT space.
