The letter was dated 18th although the ann was early 19th. Stating 24 - 48 hours which would have at worst been Friday afternoon.
They thus have had 3 working days to work it out, 1 must question if it was oil not water would we not know now ? I suspect the longer it takes the less likelyhood of a good ann. Hope for all holders I am wrong.
