We are pleased to advise that the attached Replacement Product Disclosure Statement (PDS)was lodged with ASIC on 21 June 2013.

We have today forwarded the PDS to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) to finalise the listing process and secure a listing date. In-principle approval has already been received from the ASX and we will notify you as soon as we are aware of the proposed listing date for the RMIT units.

The share registry Security Transfer Registrars Pty Ltd will forward you a Holding Statement for your units in due course.
