You may be the right and the terms may be better on paper, I just heard it will more than likely more a lot more scrip involved than cash so may not be as appealing.
Anyway at the rate things are progressing you may get a few more dividends.
Whoever is doing this deal must be getting paid by the hour rather than the bloody job.
