I've had interesting discussions with m2m and Kirk Roberts, but am no clearer on where we are with the credits.
Seems to be some confusion with both of them as to what their obligations are to each other.
There was a strong feeling that this relationship would flounder, just looking at the way it all came together, and the personalities involved.
I spoke with Kirk Roberts on the phone last week, after i'd emailed him for a progress report.
He mainly wanted to point out that m2m aren't sticking to the deal, and that m2m,"owe" him around $1.8 million dollars, having already given him about $1.3 million.
I thought their was a credit facility for $3mill,and that it wasn't just all up for grabs,to be spent with nothing in return.
Kirk says he's not too worried as he has lots of people throwing money at him,as he 's on a winner.
I don't really know where that leaves m2m,but Peter Saunders reckons the money that's still available is meant for those specific projects, that are at the moment being processed, not other new ones that Kirk has on the go.
In speaking to Peter Saunders,he didn't really have much to say about the promised $4mill that's meant to be coming from the PNG projects, but more interested in the Methodology agreement they have with Green Collar.....
This seems to be a pattern with m2m,that the focus strays from projects on the go,to new possibilities, leaving loose ends, and eventually nothing.
To put it bluntly,Kirk despises m2m,and you can safely say that m2m don't exactly love Kirk.
I could see m2m doing their dough at the start of this, when they decided to run with Kirk, not knocking his business, but just looking at the history of both m2m and Kirk, and you couldn't be blamed for thinking it might not last.
He also mentioned a number of times, that m2m owe Green Collar....i couldn't clarify this with Peter Saunders, and actually came away from that call,as muddled and jaded as those who had to endure the recent election campaign.
I feel it's smoke and mirrors with m2m....nothings ever clear that makes it through to the end.....there's always someone to blame.
It was the the sellers in China,Pennytel hitec didn't satisfy them,Carbon Planet refused to play.......
i'm not too confident with the Kirk thing, and if he thinks they're due what's agreed on when the credits are eventually verified and sold...wil he take the money and tell them to stick it....or will they just walk away from PNG and forgo the million plus already given over, because they're hearts are set on making 2 cents a credit with the Green Collar methodology caper.
I smell many rats, and would lay odds we run out of money and Green Collar are gone....Kirk will be a fizzer, and all the excitement will be with the China MOU, and Vietnam.
Sorry to be a stick in the mud and was not going to bother posting about all the nonsense i've heard, but since The Lorax asked.
Am rather disgusted in all this, but most in myself for believing the story.
We're two weeks short of the 8 weeks being up,where Ian Clarkeson said we'd be getting 5 announcements....great ones at that.
Bollocks!!
